Instructor's Synopsis: Students' registration This page contains key information for instructors using the INSPIRE system in their courses. We encourage you to look at the Instructors' Notes for more details. The negotiators are paired anonymously and partners can be from anywhere across the world. We would appreciate it if you would not make any comments to the negotiators about anonymity or about partners. Each individual is implicitly free to develop whatever relationship he or she wishes, including introducing themselves to each other through INSPIRE or maintaining full anonymity. We should mention that we record students' exchanges for our study on cross-cultural communication and decision making. These records are kept confidential. There are two alternatives available for an instructor to register his or her class to INSPIRE negotiations: on-line and via email. Please use the on-line registration if at all possible. The email registration should be used only if your students don't have email accounts or if you cannot notify them prior to the beginning of their negotiations. Please note that:

After you submit this form your students will be able to register using a form on a Web page. In the next section "Information required from your students" we provide information on what you need to tell your students and what they should do. Please give your students the URL of this page; there, they will be asked to enter the following information:
You may also mention that all login procedures are case sensitive. One day before the negotiations begin every registered student receives a confirmation email. This email contains information required to log into the INSPIRE system. E-mail Registration (an alternative to on-line registration) Required information to set up INSPIRE negotiations can also be sent via email. Please send us a name by which we can identify your group. This name, called the negotiation name, will be used by the students when they log into the system. We also require a list containing each student's:
