INSPIRE assignment for ESL students

As part of a course, ESL for
Academic Purposes (Intermediate Level), Margaret Kersten from the School
of Linguistics and Applied Language Studies, Carleton University, has prepared
a set of materials for an INSPIRE assignment. It consists of three parts:
- Short questionnaire
about the students' background and their computer proficiency.
- Assignment
instructions and questions about the case.
- An example of a
journal page.
We also have a complete ESL/ESP
module with readings, exercises and other materials. The module timeline and
some materials are available
